Tuesday 8th was the arrival day for the Zanzikids Team from the Netherlands. Tessa and Remke came in for the Zanzibar International Film Festival (ZIFF) to make sand animation with young children from different Zanzibar primary schoold.The same day we had a First Aid practical with Mr. Yusuf, whereby the students practiced what is to be done in cases of emergencies and also how to use the A(Airways), B(Breathing), C(Circulations) of First Aid. The students also did practical on how to transport someone who is hurt from one place to another and how to carry the patient.
On the 10th, ZIFF festival started with a few students going to help out with the children Film with Zanzikids.
On the 11th, was the ZIFF launch at the Old Fort, Zanzibar, This was attended by some staff from the office.
